Can I request customizations to my jewelry order?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate customizations for our delicate jewelry items. This can include changing or substituting the gemstone, adjusting the precious metal, or requesting specific sizing outside of the standard options. How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all our fine jewelry is hand-crafted to order, we estimate a total window of 10–15 days from the time of purchase until you receive your delivery. This includes the time required for detailed crafting, processing, and shipping.

Does my jewelry item come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, all Gemstone and Moissanite jewelry items will include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Moissanite Jewelry (1 carat and up) includes a GRA Certificate of Authenticity.
Gemstone Jewelry includes an International Gem Laboratory Jewelry Certificate of Authenticity (I.G.L. certified).

Are your gemstones tested to US standards?
Yes. While our primary gemstone certifications come from international grading laboratories, all of our natural gemstones have also been tested within the US and match recognized US gemstone grading standards. We welcome any independent authenticity tests for our jewelry.
Will Moissanite under 1 carat receive a GRA Certificate?
Moissanite jewelry that is under 1 carat in size may or may not contain a GRA Certificate of Authenticity, though the stone quality remains guaranteed. The larger, higher-value pieces will always include this documentation.
