We offer returns on exchanges on all jewelry items within 14 days of delivery. Customers may initiate a return (within our policy rules) or contact us do so.
It is recommended that all fine jewelry should be worn and appreciated with grace and careful handling. Please see our Jewelry Care page for more information on how to care for and properly wear your fine jewelry.
To exchange a jewelry item, the items exchanged must be the same dollar amount or the difference of the items must be paid. To request a jewelry exchange, please contact us regarding your order and the item that you wish to be exchanged. If you wish to exchange a jewelry item, the previous item must be received and inspected before production of the exchanged item will begin.
In order to accept a return or an exchange on an item, it must be within the following terms: the item must be in original condition and not obviously worn or damaged, the item may not be missing stones or in bad condition, the item must not be altered in any way, and the item must include a certificate if given for the item. Once the item is accepted as in original condition, we will promptly issue a refund. The refund processing time will depend on the said bank involved and will typically take between 2-5 business days.
