Customizations

We will do our best to accommodate customizations for fine jewelry items. Customizations can include changing or substituting the gemstone's or precious metal, or more specific sizing. Please contact us for all customization inquiries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our jewelry items are hand crafted to order. Often there are several steps to completing the jewelry making process, some jewelry items depending on the design may take longer to make than others. For all our items, we estimate a window of 10-15 days from the time of purchase to the time you will receive your order (delivery). Several days after your order is placed, you will receive a notification when you item has shipped. We take pride and cation in our process and do not rush in the jewelry crafting process. 

What if I need my jewelry item within a certain time frame?

We will do our best to accommodate a certain delivery date request, please let us know if immediately upon placing your order by using your order notes or the contact form.

Does my item come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, all Gemstone and Moissanite Jewelry will include a Certificate of Authenticity. Moissanite Jewelry will contain a GRA Certificate of Authenticity. Moissanite under 1 carat in size may or may not contain a GRA Certificate of Authenticity. Gemstone Jewelry will contain an International Gem Laboratory Jewelry Certificate of Authenticity (our gems are graded internationally). All of our gemstones have also been tested within the US and match US gemstone grading standards. We welcome any Gemstone and Moissanite Authenticity Tests for our jewelry, please check jewelry listing descriptions for all gemstone specifications.
